I believe that life is a journey that at times can lead one to a space where he/she needs someone objective and unbiased but trained to help them process situation(s) for healthier living. I provide counseling services customized to each individual using various theoretical disciplines and therapeutic interventions with the goal to educate clients and help them learn how to implement appropriate coping strategies so they can get back on track to a more balanced and enjoyable life. I provide counseling services with an empathic yet purpose-driven approach customized to each individual's situation.
My experience includes trauma/crisis (including sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, posttraumatic stress disorder, suicidality) as well as counseling for military personnel (active duty or veterans) per an acquired military specialization. Additionally, I provide individual, group, family and couples counseling.
